★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مع الأسف تجربة لن تتكرر. أنا شريت وتحسفت أني شريت تكون داخل في الضمان ولا كأنك داخل في الضمان لاتوجد لديهم صيانة في فرع الرياض. لي شهر تقريباً وأنا ماخذ منهم موعد وإلى اليوم لم يخضر احد منهم وليسو دقيقين في المواعيد أفضل حل لمن وقع في مشكلة معهم بيعها في الخراج واستبدالها بشركة أفضل وأجود منهم وسعر ايضاً اقل ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا انصح بالتعامل معهم لايوجد احترافيه بالعمل هل يعقل ادفع مبلغ يفوق 14000 ويجيني العامل يبتزني يقول اطلع الثلاجه للمحل ب 300 ريال وتركيب وبعد ماطلعت الثلاجه للمحل رفضو يركبون الثلاجه بحكم انو الفني يجي بكره ويركبها لك !!!! واتواصل مع شخص اسمه خالد مندوب مبيعات اطلب منه حل المشكله لان لايوجد اي شي بالعقد موضح في رسوم في حال كان المحل بالدور الثاني واطلب منه رقم الادارة ويقرا المحادثه ولا يرد يشهد الله لم اكذب بكلمه والان الثلاجه طافيه ولم يتم تشغيلها
