التعامل الذكي رد راقي على التعليقات السلبية مو دفاع او هجوم.
مثلا نشكر لك لك مشاركة تجربتك ويوسفنا عدم رضاك لكن حاول الطلب مرة أخرى وستكون تجربة افضل بإذن الله.
او يوسفنا انك لم تحضى بتجربة جيدة لكن ارجو منك التواصل مع الإدارة لحل مشكلتك بأسرع وقت. كذا الناس ترد مو هجوم وردود وقحة مرة شي عجيب هههههه
