★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأمانة شققهم نظيفة ومرتبة وهادية جداً وأسعارهم مناسبة في إجازات الربيع وقت الذروة على 350﷼..ننصح بالسكن فيه ولو لم يكن به إطلالات على البحر.
For the secretariat, their apartments are clean, tidy and very quiet, and their prices are suitable during the peak spring holidays at 350﷼.. We recommend living in it even if it does not have sea views.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الشقق واااسعه مريحه الصنابير قديمة والبعض لا تعمل لا يوجد غلايه واصنصير واحد غير كافي لخدمة السكان عموماً جيده وقد تكون خيار جيد
The apartments are spacious and comfortable. The taps are old and some do not work. There is no boiler and one faucet is not enough to serve the population in general. It is good and may be a good option.

السلبيات
الديكور متهالك وقديم حتى ان باب الحمام قفل على ابنائي
رائحة الماء سيئه
الاسانسير صغير لو تحط شنطه معاك ما تقدر تصعد للشقة
تحتاج تجيب محول كهرباء عشان تشحن تلفونك لان الأفياش غير مطابقه وكلها قديمه
و الانارة سيئة
بختصار تحس انك ساكن في عفش حقبة عام ١٤١٠
واخيرا اذا حجزت عن طريق booking الله يعينك لا موظف استقبال فاهم و لا حول ولا قوة الا بالله

The decor is dilapidated and old, even the bathroom door locked for my children
The water smells bad
The elevator is small. If you take a bag with you, you cannot go up to the apartment
You need to get a power adapter to charge your phone because the plugs do not match and are all old
And the lighting is bad
In short, you feel that you are living in the furniture of an era in the year 1410
And finally, if you book through booking, may God help you, no receptionist understands, and there is no might or power except by God

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سار لي موقف مع موظف الاستقبال سعودي للاسف رحت له عن طريق البوكنق وكل شي جاهز وصلت له قال حجزك غير عن الي موجود طيب والحل قال احجز من جديد فتحت الطبيق ووريته ان مافيه الا الخير هذا بس وقلت احجز لي انت من عندك وعادي حتى لو فيه فرق سعر بدفعه اهم شي ادخل الاطفال ينامون رفض وقال احجز والله حجزت ثلاث مرات وكلها يقول غلط وفي الاخير قال انا بحجز لك من عندي !!!!! لامانه افشل موظف و اسواء تعامل اقسم بالله قمة القهر بان يكون اشخاص بهذا الاسلوب و هذي العقليه ونتأمل النهضة منهم .

Because of his honesty, the worst employee and the worst treatment, I swear to God, the summit of oppression is that people should be in this manner and this mentality, and we contemplate the renaissance of them.
