★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شركة تفتقر للاحترافية ليس لديها المصداقية وقروب عملها متخبط ليس لديه مرجعية ولا كلمة ثابته يعتمدون على التسويف و عدم الرد إذا طالبتهم بأي شئ يخص رحلتك من ( تذاكر - فعاليات - و إجراءات ما قبل السفر )
وبعد استلامهم مبلغ عرضهم السياحي يفاجئونكم قبل الرحلة بليلة بتغير المطار و موعد الرحلة وتغير شركة الطيران من الخطوط السعودية إلى الخطوط المصرية لا انصح بالتعامل معهم
اعطيتهم نجمة فقط لأن مكان الإقامة كان مقبول بالنسبة لي
A company that lacks professionalism and does not have credibility and its workspace is confused. It has no reference or a fixed word. They rely on procrastination and not responding if you ask them for anything related to your trip (tickets - events - and pre-travel procedures)
After receiving the amount of their tourist offer, they surprise you one night before the flight by changing the airport and flight time and changing the airline from Saudi Airlines to Egyptian Airlines. I do not advise dealing with them.
I only gave them a star because the accommodation was acceptable to me

نظراً لعدم الالتزام بالترتيب و التنظيم لرحلة وتوقيتها حسب الاتفاق المبرم بالاعلانات التابعة لهم
ولا يوجد مصداقية لدى طاقم العمل ولا يتم التجاوب مع العميل نهائياً
وكذالك تخبط وعشوائية في الحجوزات قبل الرحلة بيوم تم تغيير موعد الذهاب والعودة بشكل مفاجئ وكذالك شركة الطيران تم تغييرها بدون تبليغنا بذالك

There is no credibility on the part of the staff and the customer is not responded to at all
Also, confusion and randomness in the reservations the day before the flight, the time of departure and return was suddenly changed, as well as the airline changed without informing us.
