★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للامانة عندهم الخبرة الكافية لانو حساس المصعد عندي خرب وماغيروه طلع بس يحتاج عاكس، بتكلفة بسيطة.
To be honest, they have enough experience, because my elevator sensor is damaged and they haven't changed it, but it needs a reflector, at a small cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تم تركيب المصعد من مؤسسة المصعد العالمي .. الشهاده لله من افضل محلات المصاعد بالمدينة المنورة سواء قبل توقيع العقد والاتفاق وبعد توقيع العقد وايضا خدماتهم مابعد التركيب والبيع..
ومن خلال تجربتي انصح بالتعامل معهم وبقوة ..
والشكر لله ثم للاخ الغالي ابو بلال كان رجل متعاون جدا ومتجاوب بشكل دائم مع العميل ويحترم ويقدر جميع عملائه الله يكثر من امثاله ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service. On Friday night our 3 story building + basement building’s elevator is stock on the ground floor. By Pressing the button for any floor, the elevator door closes the open without any vertical movement. I called the contracted maintenance, and after 1 1/2 hour their technician came and claimed that some one had cut the elevator’s control panel wires. I told him that would be impossible as no one could enter the elevator room without me let them come though our home and the only persons that enter our elevator room are the elevator’s technicians. They left without fixing the elevator and ask me to call on Sunday. They do not deserve a single star and I regret signing a maintenance contract with them
