نحن في العام 2021 سستمهم العصر الحجري
تخلص اوراقك بنفسك من تقدير للوورش وتدفع والقطع وتدفع وتجيب الورقه لهم ويختمونها وتدفع لايوجد توجيه للشركة وخاصة أن مالها مركز في المحافظة لايوجد رسائل نصية
أتمنى من إدارة نجم عدم الإساءة لسمعتها

٢- التوجه بها مع استمارة السيارة للمكتب الموحد لتثمين حوادث المرور بأخر صناعية البحر.
٣- بعدها يتم توجيهك لورشة الفاو بصناعية البحر (ورشة رقم ٤٣) لتقدير الحادث وكتابة القطع التي تحتاجها السيارة.
٤- يتم توجيهك لوكالة السيارة لتسعير قطع الغيار المطلوبة إن وجدت أو العودة لمكتب التثمين.
٥- يتم اعطائك تسعيرة بالقطع ومختومة وتوجد عليها رسوم تتراوح من ٥٠ ريال إلى ٩٠ ريال حسب الشركة.
٦- تعود لمكتب التثمين الموحد لإعطائك تقرير تقدير الحادث موقع بإسم شيخ طائفة المعارض وتوجد رسوم ١٩٠ ريال.
٧- يتم رفع جميع الأوراق على موقع أو تطبيق نجم مع أهمية تصوير الاستمارة والرخصة والهوية ولابد من طباعة ورقة المطالبة من تطبيق نجم وتعبئتها وتصويرها ورفعها مع الأوراق المطلوبة.
٨- التوجه لمكتب المرور لأخذ ورقة الاصلاح مع ضرورة وجود موعد إذا تعدى على الحادث أكثر من ٧٢ ساعة
إذا أقل بدون موعد.
٩- مواعيد العمل من الأحد إلى الخميس
من ٨:٠٠ صباحاً إلى ١٢:٠٠ ظهراً.
ومن ٤:٠٠ عصراً إلى ٦:٠٠ المغرب.
١٠- يعمل بمكتب التثمين الموحد بينبع شباب سعوديين نفتخر بهم وبأمثالهم فشكرا لهم.

9- Working hours are from Sunday to Thursday
From 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

اول شي يقلك الموظف وريني رسالة نجم يشوف نسبة الحادث اللي عليك ويشوف مكان الصدمة
ثانيا يرسلك لورشة من الثلاث ورش المعتمدة لدى المكتب يسجلك القطع حق الورشة وشغل اليد وهنا احذر ⚠️⚠️عزيزي المتضرر حاول تركز مع عامل الورشة عن كل شي يسجله لك وتساله عن اشياء واصوات انت لاحظتها في سيارتك بعد الحادث وتخليه يشيك مرتين وثلاث لان بالمختصر حقين الورش الى من رحم يركز على الضرر الخارجي للسيارة ولا ينظر للضرر الداخلي اللي تسبب فيه الحادث وتضطر تدفع من جيبك بدل التامين
ثالثا تاخذ تسعيرة للقطع من الوكالة او من وكيل للقطع وتعطيها للمكتب وفيه رسوم 105 ريال حقت المكتب
