★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مقر مناسب يجيد تقديم المشروبات الساخنة ولكن في الآونة الأخيرة يلاحظ وجود عمالة متسدحة في الغرف للاستمتاع بالتكييف فقط يغادرون الموقع حال وصول الزبائن مباشرة الى غرف أخرى فاضية وقد يكون للعامل في المحل دور في السماح لهم.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من أفضل الديوانيات في تقديم الشاي والقهوة وبالذات الحليب لايفوتكم .. ورقي العمال في التعامل مع الزبائن وتقديم الخدمات بالإضافة للنظافة والتبريد الرائعين بها مع كثرة الجلسات بها ماشاء الله .. واسمها الحالي ديوانية (هلا) بدل من المركاز بجوار مطعم حضرموت مقابلة لحلويات التاج عند الإشارة المنفذة للمخواة
