★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء شركة ممكن تمر عليك لا من تعامل ولا من خدمة عملاء ( كول سنتر ) لا انصح احد ابداً بالتعامل معهم .
اسعار القطع غاليه واجور اليد مرتفعه !
الباب عندي متعطل من ٨ أيام حالياً ، جاء العامل الأول وقال بكرا بجيب القطع اركبه والحين مر ٨ أيام ولا جاء احد يصلحه !!
مع العلم اني اتصل كل يوم ٣ مرات على خدمة العملاء ويسلكون لك بالكلام ، يقول الموظف ساعه ونتصل عليك ، ويمر اليوم كله محد يتصل .
ايضا اتصلت الساعه ٩ الصبتح طلبت شكوى وحولوني على المسؤول قال ساعه وبتصل عليك ولا اتصل !
اتصلت عليه الساعه ٤ العصر قال اوه انت اللي اتصلت الصباح !
ثمن قالي موعدك اليوم من الساعه ٥ الى الساعه ٨
وقعدت انتظر ومر اليوم كامل ولا احد اتصل ولا احد جاء .
