الإيجابيات/ التصميم جميل والغرف مجهزه بشكل جيد والجلسات جميلة والعمال مخلصون
السلبيات/ الموقع في مكان منزوي والدخول والخروج صعب كذلك بجواره جلسه لمالك المكان ودائما متواجد مع أصحابه مما يسبب المضايقه للعوائل وكذلك غير مرن ويقدم مصلحته على النزلاء.
