يجب ان تكون عينة الماء 2 لتر تقريبا
ثانيا المختبر لايقبل تحليل عينتين في وقت واحد
في حال الرغبه بتحليل الاملاح فقط تستلم النتيجه بنفس الوقت

٢/ عند وصولي اخبرني فني المختبر ان الاختبار يكلف مبلغ ٦٩٠ ريال ستمائة وتسعون ريال
٣/ قلت اوكيه وين السداد واعطاني رقم ايبان وقال حول عليه ومن ثم اذهب الى موظف في الدور الارضي
٤/ ذهبت ما لقيته
ثم انصرفت بدون فائدة
انا ارى ان التحليل يفترض يكون برسوم رمزية + يتم من خلال سداد وليس رقم ايبان عادي
هذا الموضوع يحتاج الى تحسين بالكامل

3 / I said ok where is the payment and he gave me the IBAN number and said about it and then go to an employee on the ground floor
4/ I went for what I found
Then I left without benefit
I see that the analysis is supposed to be with a small fee + it is done through payment and not an ordinary IBAN number
This topic needs to be completely improved

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ قمة الاستهتار بالمراجعين وقمة الإهمال وايش الفايدة من الموقع الإلكتروني اذا كان لابد من مراجعة جهة سيئة مثل هذه والشرهة على المسؤلين وليس على الموظف المهمل كبار سن ونساء ملطوعين في انتظار حضور الموظف اللي عذر زملاه عنه خرج في مهمة والمهمة الجسيمة راح يفطر في البوفية اللي مقابل المبنى لا تقدير ولا اهتمام هذا وحنا دافعين فلوس لطلب المياة وليس فضل او منة من اي كان،،،، ويجي مراجع يترك عمله ويستأذن علشان يخرج بنتيجة ولڪن لا حياة لمن تنادي،،،، اي خدمة للمواطن واي كلام فاضي لعب وللاسف ماسكين وظايف على فشوش،،،، والله يحتاج لهذه الجهة عاصفة حزم من طويل العمر ينتف ريش الفاسدين

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عديمي تقدير للمراجع والعملاء قلت لهم تم سداد مبلغ ايصال الصرف الصحي بعشرات الآلاف من الريالات للمبنى منذ عدة أشهر ولم توصل الخدمة فكان عذرهم اننا ابلغنا المقاول واسمك لدية وسوف يتواصل معك ولكن لاحياة لمن تنادي وليس هناك مسؤل تستطيع تصل إليه،،،، تصريف للمواطن واستهتار واجابات غير مقنعة وغير منطقية مياة الأمطار غمرت العمارة لدي بسبب عدم توصيل المجاري وقلت ارغب سحبها بمعدات المصلحة فقال الموظف شوف لك أي شركة شفط موجودة في محلات السباكة بكل استهتار،،،، حسبنا الله عليك وعلى من وظفك تعطل مصالح المسلمين
