★ ★ ★ ★ ★ القاعه مرتبه ونظيفة لكن الممر ضيق جداً والتكييف سيء لابعد حد ياليت تهتمون في هالامر لان حتى الصاله الخارجيه اللي فيها مرايات مافيها تكييف ابداً والمشرفة المسؤوله غير متجاوبة كثيراً مع طلبنا لرفع التكييف ، طلبنا الماء من المضيفات كثيراً ولم يتم التجاوب الا بعد مدة طويلة
The hall is tidy and clean, but the corridor is very narrow and the air conditioning is very bad. I wish you would take care of this matter, because even the external hall with mirrors has no air conditioning at all, and the supervisor in charge is not very responsive to our request to raise the air conditioning, we asked for water from the hostesses a lot and the response was not received until after a long time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ قاعة نظيفة جدا ومرتبه وصاحبها مبين مهتم فيها مره بعكس القاعات اللي ماسكينها مقيمين ?
تكييف القاعه بارد جدا وموزع بشكل جيد ??
كنبات الصاله نظيفه ومريحة لكن عددها كثير ع الصاله
ولا تقيسونها ع الصور اللي نزلتها لأننا مقللين الكنبات قد مانقدر
طاولات العشاء والكراسي ستايل فريد من نوعه في بريده وتميز بهالشي صراحة ????
غرفة العروس صغييييرة جدا
العشاء مشمول تبع القاعه يجي من الرصافة لذيذ ورااااهي ماشاءالله
مشرفة القاعه خدومة ومتعاونة ويُعتمد عليها
والعاملات كويسات لكن كبار وعددهن قليل والزيّ تقليدي عادي
((( التتنسيق اللي على طاولات الصالة او طاولات العشاء من تنسيق صاحبة الحفله وليس من القاعه )))

The bride's room is very nice
Dinner is included in the room followed by the Waji of Rusafa delicious and Rawahi Mashallah
The room supervisor is helpful and dependable
The workers are small but senior, their number is small and uniforms are plain
