Half a star is very much in this irresponsible department, their emergency numbers are not activated 939 and also 0172241018 ... a waste of the caller's time and no life for the one you call ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من أسوأ الادارات شبه الحكومية لايوجد ارقام اتصال وان وجد لايردون ولا يوجد لهم خدمة تواصل اجتماعي لاستقبال شكاوى وطلبات المواطنين وان قدر لك ان تراجع هذه المصلحة فانتظر سنة على الاقل لخدمتك مع وجود واسطة
Among the worst semi-governmental departments, there are no contact numbers, and if there is one, they do not answer, nor do they have a social communication service to receive complaints and requests from citizens. If you are able to review this authority, wait at least a year for your service with the presence of a mediator.
