★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's huge housing complex popularly know as Askaan Quwaiti. The compound is big and all flats are pretty big in size too compared to most of the apartments in Riyadh city... There is a beautiful mosque inside campus along with many grocery stores, big playground for kids and grownups. Also lots of cats everywhere ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the best compounds to live in riyadh. It has soo many benefits from parking to fast lifts. It also has a football and basketball ground with a long jogging park. It also has many general stores , gym and restaurants nearby which makes it ideal for people to walk in and satisfy their needs. The flats are very spacious and well maintained . A good place to rent for families.
