Try Othmani Konafah, I myself discovered it by chance recently. I saw the guys baking something; I asked for the name and it became my #1 favorite. Not many people know it. Fostoqia is another sweet that I saw they guys preparing it at the back. Take it with 30 '/, nuts & 70 '/, cream because it is cooler.

I just want to go back to Jeddah, to eat again this kunafa with the bread and the syrop. Keep it up.
