h	hani alkhateeb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بضاعة ذات جودة رديئة انكسار الاطار بعد الشراء بشهر بدون اي لمس واضح ان العدسات أكبر من الاطار وتم حشرها بالاطار بالقوة وهذا يدل ايضا عل سوء تصنيع Poor quality merchandise. Frame fracture a month after purchase without any apparent touching that the lenses are larger than the frame and were forcefully packed into the frame, and this also indicates poor manufacturing.
م	محمد on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نصيحة ياخوان لوجه الله من واقع تجربتي معهم قبل كم يوم انا جايب لهم برواز جديد من برا قيمته ١١٠٠ ريال وابغى اركب عدسات عليه كسرو البرواز اتصل علي المصري اللي بالمحل قال تعال خذ البرواز انكسر او جيب برواز ثاني نركب عليه .. الموضوع.. فيه غش تجاري واضح المفترض تنتبه له اوتحله وزارة التجارة.. تواصلت ورفعت بلاغ في وزارة التجارة وبلاغ في حماية المستهلك ودعوى في المحكمة التجارية وكلهم يردون علي بعدم الاختصاص اقسم بالله اني صادق ياجماعة الخير وهذا اللي حصل. فانصيحة اشتر برواز وركب عليه عدسات في محل واحد عشان تضمن حقك في حال انه صار فيه مشكلة. Advice brothers, for God’s sake, from my experience with them a few days ago. I will get them a new frame from outside, worth 1100 riyals, and I want to put lenses on it. They broke the frame. He called the Egyptian who was in the shop and said, “Come, take the frame that broke, or pocket a second frame, we ride on it.. The subject.. there is cheating.” A clear commercial that is supposed to be taken care of by the Ministry of Commerce.. I contacted and filed a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce and a report on consumer protection and a lawsuit in the Commercial Court. My advice is to buy a frame and install lenses on it in one store to guarantee your right in case it becomes a problem.
