★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدعنا بالاطار نصب بنصب الاطار 300 ريال لوحده بعد مااخذنا نظارة كلفت ٥٧٠ ريال بعد استعمال اسبوع فك جزء من الاطار .وذهبنا له ويقوم الموظف المصري بتصليق الجزء المفكوك بمادة صمغية رغم الضمان وكل شي لكن لم يبدل له..اكثر من ثلاث مرات تفك ونرجع له ويصلقها لنا..ماقول غير حسبي الله عليهم..الاطار غالي ومااستفدنا شي منه.
We were deceived by the frame, erecting the frame 300 riyals alone, after we took glasses that cost 570 riyals, after using a week, part of the frame was removed. For us..I can only say God suffices for them..The framework is expensive and we have not benefited from it.

I visited the shop 2 times the sales person on computer seems not interested to sale anything even when having an approved insurance 1st time he told to get some document when I got it second time he told that system is not working.. the sales person in this branch is not good I visited other branch on Khalid ibn waleed street there the service was good I am searching for almaha phone to complain about this to owner.
