ثاني شي النظارات عندهم اشكالها حلوه لكن غاليه اتوقع برا تلقى ارخص ، واذا بتدفع كاش يخصم منك اما اذا على التأمين يعطيك على سعرها الاساسي

The second thing is the glasses. They have nice shapes, but they are expensive. I expect that by land, you will receive cheaper, and if you pay cash, it will be deducted from you, but if the insurance will give you the basic price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For almost three months have I been called by the customers of this store. Me, a person who has nothing to do with "نظارات المها" Natharat Al Maha for those who don't read arabic. I will say for sure I have never been to this Optical Store but after my experience, you can bet your bottom dollar I am never going to enter it. This store has such a terrible customer service. First of all, it's official number is a mobile number and not a landline which automatically means it has no fax capabilities which is embarassing as fax is incredibly reliable. Secondly they clearly do not care to check up on their Google Maps page as I have been BOMBARDED by a hundred or more phone calls from this shop's customers. I might be out and about with friends only to be met with a caller expecting This Almaha Optical store but they are greeted by me saying this is an incorrect number. Let it be known, nine times out of ten your customers were incredibly polite. Damn near incapable of saying a single english word, but fair enough as a I speak arabic like rubbish. If you are able to even read beyond a single sentence and have some semblance of rationale you'll never step foot in this store as they clearly dont care. Dont get me wrong, I wish them a prosperous future as a business. No malice from me. But I will never be taking my money there and nor should you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store, love their customer service, and their number is easy to remember. Person answering is always nice but sometimes told me the store got burned which I don't believe cause I would go there the next day. But to be honest great customer service thru their phone number.
