★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كعادة جميع ملاك العقار. بناء سئ وتصاميم غير هندسية ولم تراعى كثافة السكان. لا مواقف كافية ولا أرصفة مشاة.. مجرد زينة. هدفهم استغلال كل المساحة دون أي مساحة فاضية للتنفس. لا تغتروا بالتشطيب فهي مجرد مساحيق تجميل. المضحك أن يسميها بالإنجليزي الماجدية ريزيدنس ولو عرضت عمارتهم بامريكا لما فسح لها! لا مبادئ ولا قيم ولا هناك نظام لكيفية بناء العمائر السكنية وتنظيمها وتحديد المساحات.
As usual all landlords. Bad construction and non-engineering designs and population density was not observed. Not enough parking and pedestrian sidewalks ... just decoration. Their goal is to take advantage of all the space without any breathing space. Do not be fooled with finishing, they are just cosmetic powders. Funny to call it in English Majid Residence if offered their property in America for what is permissible! There are no principles or values and there is no system for how to build and organize residential buildings and determine the areas.
