★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عندما تصبح أسئلة الناس : هذه الشقق مثل الماجدية ولا أفضل؟ أرخص من الماجدية ولا مثل أسعارهم ؟؟ التعامل الراقي زي الماجدية ولا غير؟؟ فاعلم أن الماجدية في المقدمة وأتت بما لم يأتِ به الأوائلُ .
بوركتم ،، وإلى الأمام بتوفيق الله??
 When people's questions become: Are these apartments like Majidia or better? Cheaper than Al-Majidiya or the same as their prices?? Upscale dealings like Majidia or something else?? Know that Al-Majidiyah is at the forefront and has brought what the first did not.

وصدمت بمستوى التعامل
تأخر التسليم اكثر من اربعة اشهر من الدفع بسبب مشاكل البناء ومازال
عدم تسليم المخطط الانشائي رغم المطالبة به أكثر من مرة ورفع الطلب أكثر من مرة
تجاهل الطلبات
الاصرار على نقل العداد على حسابي من ثلاثة اشهر
رغم معرفتهم بتأخير التسليم
وتعاملها مع شكاوى العملاء أسوأ
طريقتهم للرد على استيائك في وسائل التواصل حذف الرد والبلوك!
افتقار للمصداقية والمهنية
وفي الهاتف موظفين غير ملمين يرد بسم وأبشر ثم يتجاهلك تماما!
خبرة الشراء منهم ورطة حقيقة
تلميع في وسائل التواصل لكن الحقيقة مختلفة
ومرة أخرى أكرر لهم ما حذفوه
حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل

مهنية صاحب اقرب بقالة والله أحسن منهم ..
تأخر في التسليم اكثر من 6 أشهر من تسليم كامل المبلغ + مخطط الانشاني كأني اتشحذهم يرسلونه لي اسبوعين وبعد اسبوعين ارسلوه لي بصيغة اوتو كاد ويقول لي حمل الاوتو كاد عشان تفتحه وشكله سوى حضر لرقم + ما فيه تناغم بين موظفينهم كل واحد يرمي على الثاني + خدمة عملاء مثل قلتها في الرقم الموحد مجرد يكتب لك الشكوى او الطلب واول ما تقفل السماعة شكله يحذفها.
تبي تسمعون كلام مثل العسل (ابشر - سم - مالك الا اللي يرضيك - الله يجزى والديك الجنة ومن هالكلام المعسول) بس اذا جاء الواقع ما شفت غير الكلام.
نصيحة لا تستلم عقارك الا بعد ما تضمن انهم اعطوك كل شيء .. نظام الوعود عندهم معناه انك تبي تدخل في مراجعات لا تنتهي معهم واغلبها تبي تضطر تترك دوامك عشان تداوم عندهم ..
