★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الخدمه سئه جدا كان فيه عرض وأخذت العطر وسألته عم الاستبدال قال مش قبل ٧ ايام ولم يحدد تاريخ ل انتهاء العرض ورجعت بعد ٣ اسابيع لظروف العمل وقال العرض انتهي وعندما اتصلت بخدمه العملاء قال احنا لسنامجبورين بإخبارك بمده العرض
The service was very bad, there was an offer and I took the perfume and asked him about the replacement. He said it was not 7 days ago and he did not specify a date for the end of the offer and I came back after 3 weeks due to working conditions and he said the offer is over and when I called customer service he said we will have to tell you the duration of the offer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الخدمة سيئة وتعامل الموظف مع العميل جداً سيئ مافيه اي ذوق واحترام للعميل ، يعني بس عشان قلت بشم العود يقولي كمان بتشميه ومدري ايش سلامات؟ وغيرو حاجات تانية اتمنى صراحة ارجع المره الجايه ويتعامل بأدب واخلاق.
The service is bad, and the employee’s treatment of the customer is very bad. There is no taste and respect for the customer, I mean, just because I said I smell the oud, they also say that you smell it and I don’t know what are the peaces? And they changed other things. I honestly hope to come back next time and deal politely and morally.
