As a medical student, my rotations were mainly in KSMC. For the teaching staff; the ones who taught the basic science were good enough, however the specialities tutors are amazing and well qualified.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almaarefa University is the second highest private college in Saudi Arabia, it provides education in mostly medical sciences but also has education for other majors like “Computer Science, Information Technology and Industrial Engineering”. Its Medical college is Internationally certified meaning you are able to take exams after you get your college degree like “USMLE” which is “United States Medical License Exam” to work in the united states and specialize there and many other countries, the degree you’ll earn is MBBS (Bachelors of Medicine, Bachelors of Surgery). Students from any nationality can register here all they have to do is fit the criteria for getting accepted. As a medical student myself I find it a great college and hoping for the bright future where they don’t only take us to “Al Shumasy Hospital” but more hospitals in the near future. If you choose Almaarefa University as your college you will become a great health provider but the college degree alone is not enough to make you a great health provider that’s why you also need a research background, elective activities & to seek an education that’s higher than undergrad
