★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان طيب جدا ونظيف.. والطاقم مهتم بنظافة المكان.. ولكن صار لازم للاثاث من التغيير.. ارى انه استهلك بالنسبة للمراتب والاسرة والدواليب..
The place is very good and clean .. The crew is interested in the cleanliness of the place .. But it became necessary for the furniture of change .. I think it was consumed for mattresses, family and cupboards ..

* المكان مخصص للعائلات لتساع الغرف ويوجد غراف اصغر حسب الطلب . وهي عبارة عن شقة مكونه من غرفتين بسريرين وغرفة ماستر سرير مزدوج و مجلس كبير و3 دورات مياة وموزع بالاضافه لصالة صغيره مطبخ .
- المطبخ مكون من :-
فرن غاز ، غلاية كهربائية، ثلاجة، فريزر
- الحمّام مكون من :-
- غسالة ملابس ، نعال، حمّام خاص عربي ، مرحاض إفرنجي، دش
- التكييف شباك ممتاز نوع ما .
- المصعد نظيف ، بطيء عندما يكون موسم يكثر الضغط عليه .
- مواقف سيارات متعب نوع ماء تضطر كل مره اما الانتظار لخروج احد السيارات او الوقوف بعيداً عن مكان السكن .
- واي فاي مجاناً
- مأكولات ومشروبات : اماكن المطاعم والمواد التموينية قريبه جداً 3 دقائق للوصول على شارع الطباخين المشهور بتنوع الاطعمه وخاصه السمك منها .
- الأسواق الشعبية قريبه جداً من الموقع .
- الحرم النبوي الشريف يحتاج الوصول اليه مشياً 10 دقائق .
-خدمة تنظيف يومية كل صباح ومساء .
الايجابيات :-
- الخدمة للعاملين متميزه وستقبال مقبول لحد كبير .
- لاتوجد روائح لافي المطبخ ولا في دورات المياه ( الحمام ).
- المكان نظيف ومرتب.
-الثلاجات والفرن والسجاد كلها في حاله ممتازه .
- مكنسة كهربائية .
- الاضائة بيضاء ومنيره للمكان .
- طاوله كوي .
- توفير ماء وسطوانات الغاز ( خدمة أضافية ).
السلبيات :-
- قله وجود المواقف للسيارات .
- السرير والغطاء والوسادة مع الحاف تحتاج تغيير .
* أنصح به ( السعر غير ثابت لكن مقبول مقارنة بإمثاله من الشقق المفروشة ).
Room facilities
* The place is designated for families to accommodate rooms, and there are smaller rooms upon request. It is an apartment consisting of two rooms with two beds, a master room, a double bed, a large board, 3 toilets, and a distribution in addition to a small kitchen.
The kitchen consists of:
Gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, freezer
The bathroom consists of:
Washing machine, slippers, private Arab bathroom, toilette, shower
The window A / C is kinda excellent.
- The elevator is clean, slow in the hot season.
Tired car parks, a type of water, that you have to either wait for the exit of one of the cars or stand far from the place of residence.
Free Wi-Fi
Food and beverages: Restaurants and food supplies are very close, 3 minutes to reach Al-Tabakhin Street, which is famous for its variety of foods, especially fish.
The popular markets are very close to the site.
The Holy Mosque of the Prophet needs to be reached by a 10-minute walk.
Daily cleaning service every morning and evening.
Positives :-
The service for the workers is excellent and the reception is acceptable to a large extent.
There are no odors in the kitchen or in the toilets (bathroom).
The place is clean and tidy.
Refrigerators, oven and carpets are all in excellent condition.
- Vacuum Cleaner .
The lighting is white and luminous.
- Ironing board.
Provision of water and gas cylinders (extra service).
Negatives :-
Lack of parking spaces.
- The bed, cover and pillow with the quilt need changing.
* I recommend it (the price is not fixed, but acceptable compared to similar furnished apartments).
