★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عطونا المنهج في ملف pdf وقال المحاضر هذا المنهج الجديد بعد تحديثه وما زالت الاخطاء لم تصحح بعد! واسألة الاختبار فيها اخطاء والمدرس يضحك ويقر بوجود هذه الاخطاء.
 They gave us the syllabus in a pdf file, and the lecturer said this is the new syllabus after it was updated, and the errors are still not corrected yet! The test questions contain errors, and the teacher laughs and acknowledges the existence of these errors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لقد تم زيارة موقع المعهد العقاري السعودي وبصراحه استقبالهم كان طيب
وتحدثت معهم عن مشكلة الدخول للمحاضره
وكان عطل فني من نفس المتصفح وتم شرح طريقة الدخول للمحاضره وتم عمل موعد اخر بدل الموعد اللي فات بسبب العطل وتم حضور المحاضره الاولى والثانيه مع الاستاذ ابراهيم الصحن وكان من افضل المعلمين لشرح موضوع الوساطه العقاريه
بالتوفيق للجميع
I visited the Saudi Real Estate Institute website, and frankly, their reception was good
I talked to them about the problem of entering the lecture
And there was a technical malfunction from the same browser, and the method of entering the lecture was explained, and another appointment was made to replace the one that was missed due to the holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لي فلوس عندهم وكل ما اتصلت من شهرين يقول خلل ف النظام وعملية أسترجاع الفلوس … مدري متى بيصلحون الخلال حقهم وفوق هذا كلها لهم الان شهر ما يردون على تويتر ولا على ارقام التواصل .. الموضوع تعدى الثلاث أشهر
I have money with them, and every time I called two months ago, it says there is a glitch in the system and the process of refunding the money… I don’t know when they will fix the fault, and on top of that, all of them have now for a month. They do not respond to Twitter or to the contact numbers.. The issue has exceeded three months.

Communication with them is very, very bad. I registered for a real estate marketing course, an amount of 700 riyals, on the day the course date arrived. There is no live broadcast. I called them, the number is incorrect.

سجلت في دورة الاملاك العقارية وستقام في يوم 19 جون وارغب نسخة من كتاب الدورة ولم يتم تنزيله بالموقع ولم اتمكن من الاتصال باي شخص فماهو الحل

دورة فحص المباني الجاهزة تم التسجيل بها بتاريخ 5 سبتمبر 2021 ومن ثم تأجلت 4 مرات في شهر فبراير يعني بعد ما طنشونا 4 شهور ولا رجعوا فلوسنا ولا ردوا على الشكوى
وانا والله أشكك في مصداقية المعهد و احترافية ممثليه و أريد استرجاع قيمة الدورة

The prefabricated building inspection course was registered on September 5, 2021, and then it was postponed 4 times in February, meaning after we missed it for 4 months and they did not return our money and did not respond to the complaint

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته .. حقيقة انا مستاء جدا من الوضع الحاصل في المعهد ، حيث يلاحظ تأخر كبير في معاجلة الامور المالية ووصل الايملات بيننا الى 100 ايميل ولكن حتى الان مافيه تجاوب ، قمتم بالغاء دورة " فحص المباني الجاهزة " من قبلكم ، والتي من المفترض اقامتها في 5-9-2021 ، ثم طلبت منكم اعادة المبلغ الى حسابي البنكي : 15426 و 17049 . لكن مر على الطلبين 5 اشهر ... وانا على تواصل معكم دائم عن طريق تويتر وكذلك عن طريق الايميل .. وبشكل يومي لمعالجة الطلب

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجاوبهم سيئ ولايوجد اي احترام للمشتركين معهم!
سجلت بدورة الوساطة العقارية وانتظرت الى قبل الدورة بيوم ولم يرسلوا وقت الدورة علما بأني استفسرت منهم بحسابهم بتويتر ولايوجد رد واتصلت ويقول الرقم خطأ وارسلت على الايميل ولا يوجد رد!
واكتشفت مافيه دورة اصلاً وخذ لك اشياء عجيبة مع هالمعهد الجميل ..
Their response is bad and there is no respect for subscribers with them!
I registered for the real estate brokerage course and waited until a day before the course and they did not send the time of the course, knowing that I inquired from them on their Twitter account and there was no response. I called and it said the number was wrong and I sent an email and there was no response!
And I discovered that there is no course at all and take amazing things for you with this beautiful institute..
