★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cheap fresh vegetables, fruits and chicken you can get here. There is 1 shop selling 1kg vege 5 riyals which you can combine different type of vege together. No need to buy bulk. The chicken shop Tanmiah also selling cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveniently located at exit-14 on the East Ring Road. It has sections for vegetables, fruits, dates and onions/tomatoes/leafy garnishes. Packs of varying sizes are available. Off season fruits and veggies are available at three different cold storage containers. I was able to find broccoli, lettuce here when these were not available at Panda, Carrefour or Tamimi. I like to visit this souq once a month and get good deals on fruits and veggies.
