تعد حديقة الكوشان الأثرية في محافظة الليث من أهم المواقع التي يقصدها الزوار القادمون من مناطق مختلفة، لموقعها الذي يحوي عددا من النخيل المعمر منذ مئات السنين، وآبارا أثرية ارتبطت بالعهد العثماني وما قبله، بعد أن قامت البلدية بتطوير الموقع والاستفادة منه في تنمية السياحة، ضمن مجموعة من المشاريع التي جعلت المكان مقصدا سياحيا. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مكان جميل ولكن يحتاج الكثير من الاهتمام مثل جز الانجيله واعادة تغطية الكثير من المساحات الخاليه بالانجيله والعناية بها وتسوير المنتزة واضافة ساعات عمل محددة للصيانة واخرى للزوار وايضا" زيادة المرافق كدورات المياة واكشاك البيع فهو يعد واجهه حضارية لمدينة الليث كذلك المساحة المخصصة للعب الاطفال بالاضافة الى العاب الاطفال قليل جدا" بالنسبة لمساحة المنتزة....يوجد بئر الكوشان ولكن لاوجود للافتات المميزة والجميله لارشاد الزائر عن مكان البئر وتاريخها.....االليث يستحق منا الكثير والكثير من العمل للارتقاء بالخدمات المقدمة للمواطن والزائر....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ في الاصل كانت مجموعه من اشجار النخيل و بجوارها بأر يستقون منها اهل الليث وقامت بلدية الليث مشكوره بالاهتمام بها و تنظيمها بهذا الشكل وياليت تطورها اكثر وتضع فيها ملاهي اطفال ورشها بالموبيدات الحشريه لكثرت النامس

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حديقة حي صغيرة عبارة عن مسطحات خضراء وبعض اشجار النخيل وتوجد بها بئر قديمة.
كانت بها العاب للاطفال واختفت بعد تلفها ولم يتم تجديدها.
