★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اشهر من نار على علم ، منتج وطني عالي الجودة وضمان ممتاز ، ما يعيبه بأن القطع والادوات ليست موجودة بالفرع ولا تتوفر خلال ٢٤ ساعة ، ايضاً بعض اسعار القطع والادوات مبالغ فيها ، اتمنى الاستمرار على هذه النهج والجودة ووضع تخفيض للمتقاعدين وذوي الاعاقة

Frankly, the employee is bad and gives you any attention. All that I call comes and comes back to the office drinking tea and does not have any sufficient information about the products and their prices are more expensive than plumbing stores with the same product and the same guarantee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان كمنتجات الغير خزفية مثل الخلاطات والشطافات وغيرها رديئة جداً حتى وان كانت جودتها عالية انا مرتين اخذت من الشركة وكل الطلبيتين رجعتها بسبب الخرابات والاسوء من ذلك تعامل الشركة في الادوات المعادة واسترداد المبالغ اللي تاخذ من اسبوعين الى ثلاثة حتى لو كان ريال واحد فأنا افضل التعامل مع المحلات الخارجية
The place is like non-ceramic products, such as mixers, bidets, and others, very poor, even if their quality is high. I took twice from the company, and all the two orders I returned because of the ruins, and worse than that, the company deals with the returned tools and the refund of the amounts that take from two to three weeks, even if it is one riyal, I prefer dealing with outdoor stores
