★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never use this airlines because I have been dealt with aggressive uncooperative behaviour of one of the employees, I can’t find any explanation for her behaviour I have one kg extra in my hand bag and I told her I will manage to remove it and I don’t want to lose it but she insisted even that on her opinion and start to threaten me to cancel my flight and call the police I asked her to give me back my passport but she refused, tried hard but she was rude, I can’t explain it except by racism from her side because I am Muslim and head covered , I hardly found one of the company who helped me to speak to supervisor. To be civilised country like your country should not have such un employee I was dealt with disrespectful attitude.
