The staff looked tired and they had nothing for me. I asked them for a seat in any 5 flights, in any 3 days and any 3 sectors.
It was close to Al Haram , 10 minutes drive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are professional and polite but always so serious and rarely smiling. Moreover, it's the only branch in Medina so they are always loaded and they give all the time to each customer no matter what (which is a plus of course no complain) but it comes on the expenses of the time you spent waiting for your turn. So, I suggest to increase the number of staff and counters. And guys; please do SMILE ??
