★ ★ ★ ★ ★ إيجابية الفندق: أن الغرف واسعة، ولا تجد فيه روائح كريهة..
سلبية الفندق:
الإدارة فيها ضعف شخصية، والعمال كثيرون لكن ما يخدمك أحد منهم، وطلبت منهم مفرش أو لحاف للأطفال ولا أحضروا لي شيئا، والتكييف شباك ولا يصل للتبريد العالي..
وبالمناسبة.. ترى هذا هو فندق المملكة نفسه الذي له موقع مسجل بجوار هذا الفندق.

?السيئات:
سكنت قسم العزاب المبنى الخلفي المعزول غرفه رقم ٥٠٩ وكان التكييف سيء، وأحد الاسره يخرج صوت مزعج، اضطررت للنوم عالارض، واليوم التالي قمنا بالانتقال الى غرفه ٥٠٨ لهذه الاسباب، كما ان اغلب الاثاث غير نضيف ولا يهتمون بغسيلها، مثل المخدات والكنب وغيره، واردت الاستحمام ولم اجد ماء من المروش، كما ان الشبكه الخلويه تضعف احيانا، ايضا بعض انضمة الدخول الذكيه التي على الابواب لا تعمل بشكل جيد.
?الحسنات:
تعامل الاستقبال جيد، مساحة الغرفه واسعه، ويوجد معضم الخدمات الضروريه حول السكن من محلات وكماليات، كما يوجد هاتف للتواصل مع الاستقبال من خلال الضغط على رقم صفر.
اتمنى ان يتم استغلال عدم تواجد وحدات مماثله بترقية الخدمات المقدمه من نضافه وترتيب واصلاح التكييف وادوات السباكه وتغيير المفروشات بشكل كامل، او على الاقل التعاقد مع مغسله او بناء مغسله خاصه بالوحدات السكنيه، بحيث يتم تنضيف وتعقيم وترتيب وغسل الاثاث فور خروج المستاجر، ولكم جزيل الشكر
