★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جربتهم . تصاميمهم جميلة جداً الا انهم دائماً متاخرين جداً في تسليمهم للمخططات + كمية الحديد في مخططاتهم خيالة وفوق الاحتياج . ما ادري هم يشوفون اسعار السوق او لا؟ للاسف استعنت بمهندس انشائي من مكتب اخر فقط لتخفيف بند الحديد. اتمنى انهم يشوفون هالتعليق علشان ينتبهون لاسعار السوق
 Try them. Their designs are very beautiful, but they are always very late in submitting the plans + the amount of iron in their plans is ridiculous and above the need. I don't know if they see market prices or not? Unfortunately, I hired a structural engineer from another office just to lighten the iron item. I hope they see this comment to pay attention to market prices

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعاملت مع فرع القصيم ما شاء الله فريق عمل رائع من حيث حسن الاستقبال والاهتمام بالعميل ، اخص بذلك تعاملنا مع م.معاذ و م..حاتم و م.أسماء ، تبارك الله يمتازون برقي تعاملهم وتلمس احتياجات العميل ورحابة الصدر ، كما أن لديهم أفكار جميلة وحلول للتعديلات ، اكثر ما اعجبني أن العمل على التصميم يكون على مراحل ولا يتم الانتقال لمرحلة جديدة الا بعد اقتناع العميل ورضاه عن المرحله السابقه لها واعتمادها ، بارك في جهودهم وزادهم رقياً ونجاحاً .
I dealt with the Qassim branch, God willing, a wonderful team in terms of good reception and attention to the customer, especially our dealings with M. Moaz, M.. Hatem and M. Asma, God bless. And solutions for modifications. What I liked the most is that work on the design is in stages, and the transition to a new stage is only done after the client is convinced and satisfied with the previous stage and approved, bless their efforts and increase them in class and success.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء تجربة ومكتب مماطلة غير طبيعية سنة ونصف ولم يتم استخراج رخصة البناء . ومماطلة في التسليم غير مهنيين للاسف .
The worst experience and the office of abnormal procrastination for a year and a half, and the building permit was not issued. And procrastination in delivery is unfortunately unprofessional.

بعد التحية
أحببت أن أعبر عن استيائي الشديد من مستوى الخدمة المقدمة من مكتب الخليل.
توقعت أحصل على أفضل تصميم إبداعي وخلاقي مقابل المبلغ الذي دفعته، علمًا أنني اخترت أعلى باقة موجودة في المكتب.
التصاميم المقدمة لي لا تنم عن أي احترافية أو إبداع أو كثير تأمل، فضلًا عن جهل المعماريين بكود وادي حنيفة، وعند سؤالي لهم مرًارًا عن الكود تتم وعودي بمراجعة الحود والإفادة.
وبلا شك هذا لا يرضي المهندس محمد الخليل الذي ارتبط اسمه البراق بالتصاميم الخلاقه والابداعية والابتكارية.
لطالما سمعت من المعماريين في المكتب أن أرضي مساحتها صغيرة، ولكن هنا يكمن التحدي وإبداع المعماري، وما التحدي إذا كانت الخيارات أمامك مفتوحة؟!
بالإضافة إلى ذلك، طريقة المناولة من معماري إلى آخر تنم عن عدم تقدير واحترام للعملاء، علمًا أني حتى الآن عملت في مكتب الخليل مع ما يقارب من ٤-٥ معماريين.
وعليه، آمل تقبل اعتذاري الشديد من الاستمرار مع مكتب الخليل، راجيًا إعادة جميع ما دفعته للمكتب، والله يعينا على تحمل تضييعه هذا الوقت البالغ أكثر من نصف سنة.

I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the level of service provided by the Hebron office.
I expected to get the best creative and creative design for the money I paid, given that I chose the highest package out there in the office.
The designs presented to me do not show any professionalism, creativity or much speculation, as well as the architects’ ignorance of the Wadi Hanifa code, and when I ask them repeatedly about the code, I promise to review the border and benefit.
Undoubtedly, this does not satisfy the engineer, Muhammad Al-Khalil, whose name Al-Buraq has been associated with creative, creative and innovative designs.
I have always heard from the architects in the office that my land is small, but here lies the challenge and the creativity of the architect, and what is the challenge if the options before you are open?!
In addition, the method of handling from one architect to another shows a lack of appreciation and respect for clients, knowing that I have so far worked in the Hebron office with approximately 4-5 architects.
Accordingly, I hope that you will accept my sincere apology for continuing with the office of Al-Khalil, hoping to return all the money I paid to the office, and may God help us to bear the waste of this time of more than half a year.

اسعد الله أوقاتكم
بداية / نصيحة مجرب اذا تبغى تتعلم الصبر على أصوله انت وزوجتك و أبنائك وعائلتك تعاقد معهم خاصة إذا كان عقدك احترافي مثلي،
انا تعاقدت مع المكتب من ٣ - ٢٠٢١ ولم استلم المخططات التنفيذية إلا في ٣ - ٢٠٢٢، لا وصار عليها ملاحظات في أبعاد الأرض مما اضطرني لإعادة تنفيذ المخططات النهائية بسبب عدم التوجيه المناسب او إتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة عندما نبهتهم ان المساح وجد اختلافات في حدود الأرض ، وحتى ٦ - ٢٠٢٢ لم استلم المخططات المعدلة،
طبعا حتى الآن لم انتهي وتدخل مدير المكتب اكثر من مرة والتي في أحدها حاول يقنعني ان المشكلة عندي ولكن بسعة صدره وبعد مناقشات تبين له ان المشكلة في احد مراحل العمل هي متوقعة بسبب عدم وجود سعة في الدور الأرضي مما أثر على متطلبات الدور الأول،
بإذن الله ساضيف مزيد من تجربتي معهم في وقت لاحق ( ايجابيات/سلبيات)،
بالنسبة لخدمة العملاء اللي يردون على المراجعات في قوقل ماب تم اخطارهم بانني ساضيف تعليقي قبل كتابته وذلك لمبدا الشفافية وتأكيد عقدي معهم،
سبحان الله وبحمده سبحان الله العلي العظيم اللهم صل وسلم على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين اللهم اغفر لي ولوالدي ولكم أجمعين،

Very late submissions (now 13 months and still they did not submit the final plan, even though we told them from the start we want to finish as soon as possible)
No creative plans whatsoever, very expensive place with so little to offer.
Highly unrecommended
