★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You pay a huge amount of money and you expect a top notch service but after sale services are really terrible. Call center is not responsive and appointments get pushed back for months. You should open communication channels with you customers and excel in after-sale services. I was promised a great quality of the marble and told how durable it’s but it keeps getting multiple cracks and needs sanding every now and then, it’s high maintenance and we were promised quality and post purchase maintenance for 10 years but you get no answer from AlKhaleejion.
