★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cost effective for enjoying many traditional rice and meat dishes. Mandi, madhbi, madghoot are all good. It isn't a restaurant with a high-level dining experience. Just somewhere where you get a very good value for money, while not paying too much for it. Prices are in the range of 16-18 for half a dish of the above three (chicken), which is around 2-3 riyals less than most others, and takes good care of two hungry people. :)
Don't forget to enjoy the kunafa after you've done having rice to your heart's content. It is a bit more creamy and soft than the one offered by Bait al Shawaya, so I like it more.
Bonus tip: Enjoy the delicious, refreshing complimentary tea on the house while waiting for your order.
