★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a reasonable low budget place. The distance to Haram may be daunting to some. But the nearest gate is baab us Salam which is a plus. They didn't have WiFi when I was there. Wifi is a genuine concern as hajj umrah mobile date is on expensive side.
There are some shops and a couple of eating places reasonably near. Which is always a plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is average class hotel. There's no Wi-Fi here and receptionist is not always available. You have to wait approximately 20min to talk with receptionist. Cleaning is not done regularly unless you ask them to replace bed sheets. The lifts are in miserable condition and toilets are in low class condition as well. You can't find cold water in shower, and for drinking water, there are some dispenser but water quality is not up to mark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only reason why it is getting any stars is that it is close to the Gate # 7 of Masjid alNabwi. However the hotel doesn't have any type of customer service or a fixed front desk attendant. They should really work on the cleanliness.
