★ ★ ★ ★ ★ غسلت عندهم ثوب ورجع مشقوق وقدمت شكوى وجاني الرد هذا من اول وبدون اي اثبات ! مافيه اي احترام للعميل والحمدلله ماني بحاجة فلوس عشان اجي اتهمهم على ثوب قيمته ٤٠٠ ريال
I washed a dress with them and it came back cracked and I filed a complaint and I received this response from the first and without any proof! There is no respect for the customer, and thank God I don't need money to come and accuse them of a dress worth 400 riyals

ومو اول مره اجيب لبسي واطلع طبعا اما يرفض يقول احنا ما نكوي هذي الياقه ويرفض يستلمها واروح فرع عثمان عندهم اطلق موظف استلمها بأدب
واليوم جايبه بلوزه شيفون واسعه رفض يغسلها كبلوزه يقول لا هذي واسعه بسعر فستان !!
