ولدي بعض الملاحظات..
1- لايوجد لهم رقم هاتف مطبوع على اي من منتجاتهم سواء الورقية او البلاستيكية واقصد بها ادوات التغليف
2- الرقم المسجل في دليل الإتصالات مقطوع
3-الرقم الذي حصلت عليه من موقعهم يقول بشكل دآئم جميع الخطوط مشغولة يرجى الإتصال لاحقا واشك ان هناك من يتابع
 Unfortunately the style of communication with Zero customers
And I have some notes ..
1- They do not have a phone number printed on any of their products, whether paper or plastic
2. The number registered in the telecommunications directory is cut
3-The number I got from their site says always all lines are busy please call later and I doubt that there are followers

لن اكرر التجربه مره تانيه
It was demolished, not worthy of the size of the ink washbasins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i don’t find my blankets smelling good for its price. i guess you just don’t have any choice but to let your clothes be cleaned by this company for its convenience.
by the way this branch lost my comforter before. i thought he would pay for the loss, instead he let me in inside and pick an unclaimed comforter.
i really didn’t use it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 1st and last visit to this laundry shop because this guy is very very unprofessional rude and i can say racist.. I give a bumch of dirty laundry to this man.. Because i know that this company is good and respectful.. But iam disappointed by this man approach to the customer..
Racist - because when i give the laundry he requires me a Full PAYMENT.. Which i can understand and no problem at all.. But when i pick the laundry he personally handed the finish & well press laundry to local person and he ask for the payment..
Unprofessional - when i pick my laundry i just bring one receipt because i know if they see or incode the receipt number it well automatically pop up.. Besides they get my number and name.. But this guy unfortunately didn't bother to check my other receipts...
Rude - when i explained to him he just simply ignore and say we don't have your laundry and the worst part is just tell me he don't have the my other laundry..
You don't have the right in hospitality industry because you don't have any idea to hundle the costumer need and satisfaction..
