جبت لهم بلوفر جديد لونه أبيض وأستلمته منهم رايح لونه وفيه بقع ، رجعت لهم عشان يغسلونه بنفس اليوم ورفض الموظف يستلمه و٣ أيام وأنا أتصل بالادارة ولايردون على الارقام واجلس انتظر بالساعات
وبعد محاولات اخذه العامل وغسله وبعد كم يوم سلمه لي نفس ماهو يعني بإختصار راحت قيمة البلوفر بلاش بسببهم
والشي الثاني معطيني فاتوره الكترونية بباركود غير صحيح وهذي غرامتها ١٠ الاف ريال وبيتم تقديم شكوى للزكاة والدخل وشكوى لوزارة التجارة لأخذ قيمة البلوفر

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تم سؤال الموظفين اذا كان بامكانهم تنظيف الجزمة وافادوا انه يمكنهم ذلك وبعد الاستلام لم يتم تنظيف الجزمة بالشكل الجيد ومازال بها اوساخ وعند الاتصال على خدمة العملاء لا يوجد رد او استجابة ??
