★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Timings are actually wrong they stop serving half hour before asar prayer, how can a working man come in morning to open an account. At first visit they told me go home account can be opened online, its only a registration you have to visit alinma anyhow.
Get the policy straight.

Had to wait 3 days to open an account because the system was down
On the third day had to wait more than an hour standing in the sun because the bank was too slow I literally was first in line for more than an hour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Female section is okay , they are cooperative but slow. I've tried them multiple time because they are the closest branch to me. In general they have welcoming attitude and try to get things done , but have good amount of time prepared for waiting .

Worst branch ever.
Have to wait 1 hour to get my data updated.
The security guy is always blocking you to go inside and always insisting to do your job online, with knowing that there is something cannot do it online.
Very bad experience and I would rate them 0 star if it's available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Employees are ignorant, made me waste 1 hour of my life for 2 min service, i missed my flight cuz he didn’t know how to do his job, horrible bank and horrible employees, I couldn’t believe reviews online so i gave it a try but now i experienced it myself
