★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من اسوء الفروع? ، الفرع النسائي كل ما جيتهم السستم عطلان او الجهاز عطلان .. اقسم بالله انها ٥ مرات و لا مره مشى الموضوع على مدى سنتين الكلام ،، و اذا قلت لهم موب معقوله كل مره عطلان يقولون هو ما يتعطل بس على حظك .. يعني كل البنوك اللي اتعامل معها بس الانماء ما شاء الله يشتغل واذا شافني وقف!؟ حتى مره وحده من الموظفات قالت لي روحي فرع حطين ترى اسهل و اسرع.. الوقت اللي اقضيه انتظار من الصباح الى نص الظهريه و اخر شي يجيني ردود مافيها احترام لوقت العميل و جهده انه وصل للفرع? ..لو فيه اقل من نجمه حطيت لهم
 One of the worst branches?, the women’s branch. Every time I came to them, the system was broken or the device was broken.. I swear to God that it was 5 times and not once. I mean, all the banks that I deal with, but the development, God willing, will work, and if he sees me, he will stop!? Even one of the female employees told me that my soul at the Hittin branch is easier and faster.. The time I spend waiting from morning to midday, and the last thing I get from responses that do not respect the customer’s time and effort is that he has reached the branch? .. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مشكله بالقسم النسائي انه يتم التعامل مع عملاء البلاتينية والذهبية بنفس العادية ولايوجد اي تميز يكون الانتظار واحد علماً بأن موظفة الاستقبال اطلعت على نوع البطاقة بعكس البنوك الاخرى يكون التعامل افضل ويوجد تميز للعميل
The problem in the women’s department is that platinum and gold customers are dealt with the same normal, and there is no distinction. The waiting is the same, knowing that the receptionist was briefed on the type of card, unlike other banks, the treatment is better and there is a distinction for the customer
