★ ★ ★ ★ ★ رتويت لكل تعليق يظهر مساوئ هذه الادارة... هناك ادارات سيئة في حائل لكن هذه الادارة تنفرد بالاسوء على جميع الادارات... يغيروا اماكنهم ولا يحدثوا ذلك في الخرائط بالاضافة للتاخر في الرد (طبعا اذا ردوا) لا اعتقد ان مستوى الخدمة المقدمة منهم ترضي وزير الصحة وكبار مسؤولي الوزارة بالرياض. حطيت نجمة واحدة رغم انهم لا يستحقوها لكي اعلق من واقع تجارب معهم ولم اظلمهم. اتمنى اصلاح حالهم وخدماتهم.

There are bad departments in Hail, but this administration is unique in the worst of all departments ... they change their places and do not happen in the maps in addition to the delay in the response (of course if they respond) I do not think that the level of service provided by them satisfies The Minister of Health and senior officials of the Ministry in Riyadh. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جيد بس موظف كثير سوالف بشكل غير طبيعي مع انه مجتهد بس هذا يعتبر عيب فيه الناس تبي تخلص معاملاتها

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ محد يرد حاطين رقم ديكور لا اتصال ولا واتس ومن اسوا الخدمات الذي يقدمونها للمراجعين يا تعرف احد يخدمك يا تاكل تبن وتأجل مواعيدك بسببهم او تروح ع حسابك

بالإتصال ما أفادوني للأسف، وللأسف كل موظف يعطيني كلام من راسه، إلا واحد قال شغلتك ما يخلصه إلا المدير، وجيت للمدير وشرحت له وضعي وبكل رحابة صدر خلص أموري بضغطة زر وهو يدعي بالتوفيق والسلامة.. جزاه الله خير ?

وبالاخير يجبرونك تروح لمكاتب الخدمات على حسابنا الشخصي
وشو له حاطين موظين إلا لخدمة المراجع . لكن ماعندك احد
انا رأيي يفتحون بدل المكاتب الفاضيه مكاتب خدمات ومافيه مشكله ندفع رسوم بس يخلصوننا بدل المرمطه
