★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ركبت عندهم جهاز تحلية طلعت العوامة حقت الموية خربانه جيتهم بعد فترة ماقدرت امر عليهم بسبب انشغالي قالو انت تاخرت ليش ما جيت من اول مع العلم انه انا مو عاجز عن 15 ريال قيمة تكلفتها لكن المحل ما عنده خدمات ما بعد البيع انا ابغى اشتري جهاز تحلية ثاني بس بطلت بسبب الخدمة البسيطة اللي زعلوني فيها

قمت بتركيب جهازين جديدة اخرهم في يناير 2020 وكلها طلعت خربانة
والجهاز الثاني حصل خطأ في التركيب من الفني.
طلبت استبدال الجهاز العطلان بما إنه جديد ولم يستخدم. وقالوا مانغير لك الجهاز بنصلحه تصليح (مع إنه جديد).
توجد شركة سمنان بطريق الحزام عندهم اجهزة تحلية وبضمان سنتين .. اعتقد انها بتكون أفضل .. والله الموفق.

And the second device got an installation error from the technician.
I requested that the malfunctioning device be replaced as new and not used. And they told you to change the device, we can repair it (although it is new).
There are Samnan company by belt, they have desalination equipment and with a guarantee of two years .. I think it will be better .. God bless.
