★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف وكاله قديمه ولا تقدم موديلات جديده ولا عندها اي تطور في انواع الساعات بل كلها متشابهه واشكال قديمه الا بعضها حديث لما تقارن هالوكيل ب الوكلا الي بالكويت والامارات ودول الخليج كافه سوف تعلم ان الوكيل في الرياض ماتطور ولا قدم ساعات بشكل كبير لان مم كثر مانتابع ونشوف الساعات ال سيكو والاورنت والويست اند في مواقع التواصل ونحضر الي الحصيني ونسالهم ونقول هل لديكم نفس هذي يقول لايوجد مااعرف ايش السبب في عدم توفيرها
بلاضافه الي موقع الوكاله سيئ للغايه الموظف المصري الموجود الذي يقوم باالاداره يكلمك من راس خشمه ويبيعك وهو مو راضي ماادري ليش

مركز الصيانة من الخارج مليء بقاذورات الطيور
ومن الداخل محل قديم وكئيب اثاثه متهالك ويكسوه الغبار من كل جانب
وبدون مواقف لسيارات العملاء المترددين على قسم الصيانة
ذلك يعطيك صورة وانطباع سيء الوكالة وإدارة الوكيل والخدمة المقدمة وبالتالي منتجات الشركات المسوق لها الوكيل حتى لو كانت جيدة، سينشأ لدى العميل انطباع عام سيء عن المنتجات عمومآ وعن الصيانة على وجه الخصوص.
استغرب قدرة الفنيين على الإستمرار في العمل في أماكن وظروف مثل هذه.
