The booked hotel is far from Al Haram with poor transportation especially for families.
I believe I am not going to book with company again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is good. During departure. The punctuality totally depends on people as well as during the stops at the route. Rooms are great, buses are good but it can be improved. Overall good. But if you like perfection and everything fully managed then may be its not the one you are looking for.
