Location: excellent and within the city
Cleanliness: good and somewhat in need of improvement because of the unmanaged things here and there
Service: Good, although at busy times the service quality may decrease
Staff behavior: Ok and the treatment is professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. Just wastage of time and money. I dont recommend this hospital specially for Gyne. Its better to go in some polyclinic it will be far better than this one. Insurance department staff is so arrogant to help you . It takes so much time to get approval.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aldar Hospital is one of the best hospitals in Saudi Arab. It is located in a nice place. There is enough security for all. The doctors and the nurses are very cooperative. They are highly qualified. They behave well with the patients. They are very helpful. The other stuffs are also helpful. One can easily come here to take their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m writing this review for Hayat national hospital, Madinah. Worst hospital and doctors in emergency. Absolutely no empathy and professionalism. Treating patients worse than animal. First they said emergency is busy and didn’t let me enter for more than a hour when I finally went in no other patients were there (so they lied). I had covid so they put in one isolation room where there was no bed and made me sit alone for more than 2 hours. I had very high fever and sitting for so long made me even more sick. They said they will admit for one day and we agreed. They did ultrasound and after 2-3 hours also the ultrasound report didn’t come to doctor. Finally they put such huge IV for less than 2 minute of paracetamol drip and asked us to leave and get treatment from elsewhere. I wish I could give zero stars but it’s not possible so I’m giving one! Horrible horrible horrible!!
