ولكن لكثر العملاء ينشغلون عن الرد على الاتصالات
اقترح تعيين موظفين يقومون بالرد على طلبات العملاء والتنسيق بين المهندسين وزوار المكتب ، المواقف غير جيدة ، يفضل تغيير الموقع

مريت لهم لغرض طلب مهندس للإشراف على بناء عمارة
ولم يقصر مدير المكتب الأخ ابومحمد
وكلف المهندس عماد ابوعبدالرحمن ( مصري)
ولكن للأسف تجربه مع هذا الرجل لن تتكرر
والحمدلله لم يصدر مني شي ضده
ولكن هو اسلوب واخلاق .....?
وانصح انصح بعدم التجربه مع هذا المهندس .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ منشأة تجارية لكن بدون اي ادارة تجارية احترافية... تدار المعاملات والطلبات بطريقة غاية في العشوائية ادت الى عدم انجاز معاملتي (مسح هندسي لعقار لتحويل صكه لالكتروني) لشهرين كاملين بدون حتى متابعة من قبل المكتب ... لايوجد اي بروتوكول لتتبع المعاملات (لا يوجد ترقيم).. لا يوجد بروتوكول لحفظ البيانات بحيث لا تعتمد على وجود مهندس او عامل بعينه (يسألني اسأله كثيرة عشان يذكر متى قدمت على المعاملة ويحاول يطلع بياناتها) ... لا يوجد بروتوكول لتوجيه العملاء لمنفذي المعاملة (تنظر لمجموعة اشخاص في اي مكتب وتحاول تعرف معاملتك عند مين).. المنشأة تحتاج لتطوير كبير في عملها الاداري

The facility needs a great development in its administrative work
