★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ماشاء الله التي تشعر فيه بالطمأنينة من ناحية النظافة والتكييف وصوت الأمام وعدم وجود الازعاج نظراً لوقوعه بين حي هادئ وراقي.. جزى الله القائمين عليه بالجنة ونعيمها.. المشكلة الوحيدة بدورات ومغاسل الوضوء تفتقد للنظافة قليلاً وتغيير لأدوات السباكة لعدم تسرب المياه.
