★ ★ ★ ★ ★ رسومهم شي عجيب لتشغيل العقار ١٠٪ سنوي و١٠٠﷼ على كل اجار شهرياً و٥٠٠﷼ بداية العقد مع المستأجر تخيلوا كل هالرسوم واذا رحت عقارك تلقاه مهمل واللمبات خربانه تحصيل الاجارات غير دقيق ولايردون على صاحب العقار ولا يردون على المستأجر شي فعلاً عجيب عجيب ياخذون الفلوس هذي كلها بدون مقابل يذكر واذا تعاملت مع غيرهم شي ثاني للاسف يضطرون اصحاب العقارات للتعامل معهم لان المنطقه تحتاج مكتب يعني عقارك لهم انت بس متفرج هههههههههه شي فعلاً عجيب
Their fees are strange for operating the property 10% per year and 100﷼ on each monthly rent and 500﷼ at the beginning of the contract with the tenant. Imagine all these fees. All of them are free of charge, and if you deal with others for something else, unfortunately the real estate owners are forced to deal with them because the area needs an office. I mean your property is for them. You are just a spectator, hahahaha, something really strange.

نصيحة لأي صاحب عقار انه ما يسلم عقاره لمؤسسة الغزي ونصيحة لأي مستأجر أنه ما يستأجر بيت تحت إدارة الغزي.
الموظفين تبعهم وقت اللي بتخبرهم بمشاكل العقار لا بيردوا عالإتصالات ولا الواتسآب لأيام وأسابيع
No landlord should ever think of using Al-Ghizzi to run his property.
Never rent a home run by A-lGizzi.
Period.
Advice to any property owner that he does not hand over his property to the Al-Ghazi Corporation, and advice to any tenant that he does not rent a house under the management of Al-Ghazi.
The employees follow them when you tell them about the problems of the property. They do not respond to calls or WhatsApp for days and weeks
