★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اولا. شركة الأصايل فرع شارع الفردوس بالنسبة لي هي الأفضل في مكة. كل البلاط والرخام والسراميك لعمارة الوالد كان عن طريقهم العمارة اكثر من ٤ ادوار.
وانا تعاملت مع الاخ طارق الفاتح السوداني وكان راقي في اخلاقه وتعامله مع أنه يكاد يعمل وحيدا في المعرض. وهو ما حببني في المحل.
تحيه للأخ طارق.
ولا أنسى الاخ سعيد الغامدي صاحب المحل ايضا فهو قمه في ألأخلاق.
أما المستودع فيحتاج الى مدير او موظفين يحترمون العملاء ويتفهمون مشاكلهم فليس كل العملاء سييئين.
انا عندما أذهب للمستودع كأني ذاهب إلى البحث الجنائي للتحقيق.
مع الأسف. يعتقد عامل المستودع او عندهم اعتقاد أن كل العملاء متلاعبون أو غششه.
احيانا اتعب واحمل كرتون واحد فقط في السيارة للترجيع ويأتي الأخ مصطفى ويقول آسف تعديت فترة الترجيع بيومين فقط أو ثلاثه. لا يمكن ترجيعه طيب شوف مبلغ الفاتورة . . وأحيانا يأتي أحد الكراتين مكسور من بين عشرين كرتون. ويبدأ التحقيق. مين الي كسره؟ واسئله مال امها داعي.
مع أن مبلغ الترجيع أحيانا بسيط ٤٠ ريال أو أقل.
ما يتناسب مع مبلغ الشراء الذي يصل إلى ٦٠٠٠ او ٧٠٠٠ ريال.
اضطر احيانا إلى تركه لديهم.
اعتقد المستودع يحتاج إلى مراجعه. وإعادة تأهيل
