★ ★ ★ ★ ★ هذا المكتب تم التواصل معهم في موقع حراج على وجود شقة مع سطح لزميل لي وعند مراجعتي لهم انا وصاحبي عشان يشوف الشقه بنفس اليوم قال مؤجرة من زمان طيب انت اليوم الصباح تقول موجودة ولمن جيتكم تقول تاجرت ونفس الشي لشخصين معي كانوا عندهم يعني يخلون الناس يجون عندهم على عروض وهمية وغير صحيحة عشان يقولك عندي العرض الفلاني غيرها وهذا خطأ كبير لأنك قاعد تضيع وقت الناس على الفاضي وعلما على هذا كله ٣ موظفين سعوديين وواحد مصري وواحد بنجلاديشي وكل واحد منهم في ديرة مسوين مشغولين وأنهم من أكبر المكاتب العقارية بالمملكة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسواء مكتب تتعامل معه هل يعقل صرف صحي لمدة ستة شهور يكون 14000 لعماره م فيها الا 3 شقق ومغسلة ملابس
The worst office you deal with. Is it reasonable to sewage for six months, which is 14000 m for a building that has only 3 apartments and a laundry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء تجربه استراحه متهالكه مشاكل بالكهرب والمويه وتصدع بالجدران من سوء البناء وعزل للسطح سيء المويه تدخل بالديكور وقت الامطار ولا يتعاونون ولا يصلحون شي ومايردون فالحين وقت الاجار الكل يكلمك اقسم بالله الي يبي يضيع فلوسه ياخذ شي عن طريقهم والله مو محاربه لاحد لكن هم الي يسوون كذا بالناس نصيحه لحد ياخذ منهم اي شي حراميه
