م	محمد المحيذيف on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان عبارة عن مجموعة فلل دور واحد ويتبع كل فلة أحواش بها أشجار مثمرة يمكن الجلوس تحتها، المكان يبعد عن السوبر ماركت والخدمات 10درقائق بالسيارة، جربت المكان أكثر من سنة، من وجهة نظري لاأنصح بتجربة المكان إذا كان الساكن لوحده مع عائلته، ربما يكون من الأنسب أن تكون عائلتين فأكثر ويسكنون في فلتين متلاصقتين لأن كل فلة لها باب على الفلة التي بجانبها، ما يميز المكان الهدوء، فأنت تعيش في مزرعة أشجارها مثمرة (تين ورمان وبرشومي وعنب وغيرها) كما أن في كل فلة مشب مسقوف وغرفة خادمة وغرفة غسيل ملابس، الفلل كلها داخل مزرعة محاطة بأسوار لذا فليس هناك خوف على الأطفال ، يوجد في المزرعة مكان متواضع به ألعاب أطفال (مراجيح وزحاليق قديمة) يمكنك أن تستمتع وعائلتك بالمشي في الهواء الطلق وسط المزرعة وتلتقط ما طاب لك من الفواكه، الفلل بها الفرش الأساسي وأدوات مطبخ متواضعة، الفلل قديمة ولكنها بحالة جيدة ، تحتاج فقط إلى إعادة ترميم أشياء بسيطة مثل إصلاح شبوك بعض النوافذ كي يتم فتحها والتمتع بالهواء العليل دون دخول الباعوض ، كما تحتاج إلى تزويد الغرف بمراوح جدارية لأن الفلل أحيانا تحتاج إلى شيء من البرودة (أسعارها تتفاوت من 400 ريال وحتى 600 ريال) أرغب دائما في تكرار السكن فيها. يوجد فلتين أكبر من الباقي وهما الأفضل.
