The time duration of each prayer can be mentioned by its administration and this can be displayed somewhere for both the staff and customers.
My last time experience was that we were not knowing the time of Isha salat break and most of us couldn't go to offer our Isha prayers, thus waiting in the growing que in our cars; whereas staff took around 45mins break.
